1

Step 1: Get in contact

Start by contacting us in the way that feels easiest:

  • Complete our online form, or
  • Call us by phone

We'll explain what happens next, answer your questions clearly, and gather the essential details needed to begin.

2

Step 2: Secure portal, paperwork & payment

Once you're registered with us, you'll receive access to your secure Pure Path Portal.

Through the portal, you can:

  • Upload the required paperwork (we'll guide you on what's needed)
  • Review your arrangements
  • Make payment securely online

This keeps everything organised, private, and manageable at your own pace.

3

Step 3: Collection and preparation

When paperwork and arrangements are complete, we will collect your loved one and bring them into our care.

They are prepared for cremation with dignity and respect, including:

  • Cleansing
  • Dressing
  • Placement in a simple coffin

Your loved one is treated with care throughout.

4

Step 4: The cremation takes place

Once all legal documentation is complete, the direct cremation takes place at the crematorium.

The process is carried out professionally and respectfully, without a service beforehand.

5

Step 5: Ashes returned to you

After the cremation, we will return your loved one's ashes to you in a simple container, unless you have chosen an alternative urn.

We will confirm delivery or collection details and ensure everything is handled carefully.

After the cremation

Many families choose to hold a memorial or celebration of life at a later date, in a way that feels right for them.
